Shipping policy


 Shipping Policy:

 

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS THAT WERE RECEIVED, WE ARE CURRENTLY BACKED UP WITH SHIPPING. WE SHIP MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS.

Before calling, please check the tracking number sent to your email.

Our current "Guaranteed" processing times are (4-7) BUSINESS Days... Day One Starts The Day After Your Order Is Received. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. Most orders will process and ship within (3-5) business days.  However, to manage expectations we do not guarantee processing sooner than (4-7) business days.

 

Shipping Responsibility:

Once an order is shipped out and has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, Black Hair Therapy LLC is no longer responsible for the package.  If the package is marked as delivered, but the customer has not received the package, the customer needs to contact the shipping carrier to locate the package.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to Black Hair Therapy LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Black Hair Therapy LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Black Hair Therafpy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Black Hair Therapy LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES  FROM (3-7) BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

 

Delivery:

 

Packages will be shipped using USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location

  • BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
  • ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY              OR A SALE.
  • WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY
  • WE SHIP ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS ONLY 
  • FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

FedEx First Overnight:

Delivery the next business day by 8:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to most areas.

 

FedEx Priority Overnight:

Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. by noon to residences by 5:00 p.m. to some rural areas.

 

FedEx Standard Overnight: 

Next-business-day delivery by 5:00 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8:00 p.m. to residences.

 

FedEx 2Day A.M:

Delivery in 2 business days by 10:30 a.m. to U.S. businesses and by noon to residences.

 

FedEx 2Day: 

2-day shipping and getting your package there by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 5:00 p.m. in most areas and by 8:00 p.m. at residences.

 

FedEx Express Saver:

Deliveries arrive at businesses by 5:00 p.m. and residences by 8:00 p.m.

 

USPS Priority Express:

1 to 2-day shipping. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING:

 

FedEx International Next Flight:

Fast international shipping on the next available flight.

 

FedEx International First & Priority Express:

1 - 3 day delivery

 

FedEx International Economy:

2 - 5 Day Delivery.

I Placed My Order Now What?

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order number. That lets you know that we have your order in our system.

Please note that the processing and shipping times mean two different things. Processing is the time it takes for us to fill and wrap your order. Shipping starts when we drop off or when the shipping company comes to pick up your order.

Once the order has been shipped, you will get an updated notification sent to your email. FedEx or USPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or an apartment number is missing. In this case, Black Hair Therapy is not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

 

 

Refund policy:

 

Refunds & Cancellations -

Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will replace the product for you.

 

Damage Item - 

If you receive a damaged item please contact us and send pictures to info@blackhairtherapy.com within 5 days of delivery.

 

Lost, Stolen, Missing, Incorrect Package & Insufficient Addresses - 

If a package is shipped correctly by Black Hair Therapy and it is lost or stolen, We Are Not Responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE US, that is the address we use.
