Thank you for your purchase with us at Black Hair Therapy! We are more than happy to help find a fair solution if you have any issues with your order. We are not able to accept any returns or exchanges due to hygienic aspect of cosmetics. Cancellations cannot be made to your order after the order has been placed. If you want to make any changes to your order, we would appreciate rall equests before the order has been shipped.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS after the order has been shipped due to the nature of our products.
